LED lamp is a trend of future development, but LED light is still very strong, the light is very dazzling. How to soften the light of LED lamps, and the loss of light energy is very small, this is the problem to be solved by light diffuser and light diffusion masterbatch.

The values of PC  and PMMA  are highly transparent, and the loss of light energy is very small when light passes through, so they are often selected as substrates for lampshades and other optical materials.

The traditional lampshade is to add an inorganic light diffuser to PC and PMMA, such as barium sulfate, silicon dioxide, and so on. When these inorganic nanoparticles are added, the light will be refracted through the surface of tiny particles for numerous times to achieve light diffusion, that is the effect of phosphorescence. However, since light cannot pass through these inorganic nanoparticles, there is a great loss of light energy. In other words, although the inorganic additive can change softness, it can not achieve a brightening effect.

At present, our Wanda organic light diffusion agent can pass through the light itself, so it can solve the problem of phosphorescence and light transmission. This kind of light diffuser makes use of the difference in refractive index between the substrate and the beads, by dispersing the tiny nano-beads evenly in the resin, the incoming light passes through the bead sphere, refracts in the vitreous body, and then penetrates, so that the point light source becomes a surface light source, thus expanding the luminous surface and softening the light. Finally, the light is refracted many times to achieve a soft phosphorescence effect. The bead itself transmits light, so the loss of light energy is very small. Therefore, this organic light diffuser can achieve the effect of phosphorescence and light transmission.

As we know traditional processing method is only the direct addition of optical diffuser, which is expensive and difficult to solve the problem of dispersion, resulting in uneven light transmission of the PC board.

So, this why LDA Masterbatch was born, it has an excellent dispersion effect and effectively solves the problem of light leveling. and it is extremely effective for increasing light scattering and transmission.
