1. Characterization parameters of basic optical properties of light diffusion films In order to accurately describe the diffusion effect of the light diffusion film, firstly,
the demand for diffusion films used in these electronic products is greatly increased. At present, the domestic demand for optical diffusion film is conservatively estimated to be more than 1000 million m2, but most of them rely on imports from the United States, Japan and South Korea.
Organic light diffusers (such as polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) , polysiloxane (silicone) , and polystyrene (PS) ) are transparent microspheres that can pass through light directly and have very little light loss in the process of propagation.
The main function of the light diffusion film is to modulate the light intensity of the incident beam in space, that is through the reflection, scattering, refraction and diffraction of the light and the diffusion film, the diffused light field distribution that meets the requirements of a certain application can be obtained.
Light diffusion polycarbonate (PC) can significantly improve the lighting effect of light emitting diode (LED) lighting. Two kinds of photodiffused PC materials were prepared by using acrylic and organosilicon photodiffusive particles. The dispersibility and light diffusivity of PC materials were studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM), light transmittance test and thermal property analysis.
