According to V – H measurement method,by comparing the photometry and goniophotometry results of a multi – functional signal lamp with different diffusant concentration PC inner lens,we found that reasonable diffusant concentration that meets the requirements is less than 5% and obtained the photometric restraining points.
Our reseach results indicated the haze of PC was improved but its high light transmitance was maintained when 0.15wt% of light difusing agent was added.However,its impact strength decreased due to the presence of light difusing agent.Moreover,the masterbatch proces was found to be more efective than the direct melt-blending method. The anti-aging property of light-difusing PC was
significantly enhanced due to the presence of UV absorber.
