Polymethlsilsesquioxane is a typical silicone resin powder. which is soluble in many cosmetic oils and forms a thin film on the surface of the skin. This ingredient is widely found in lipstick, makeup, foundation and sunscreen cosmetics. It is a typical opaque softener.
